AC to DC Rectifiers

Power Innovations International's Power Supply Unit (PSU) rectifiers convert AC or DC input power to a range of Vdc bus outputs. These rectifier modules can be used to charge batteries or to provide a stable high-voltage bus for other downstream power electronics, such as inverters or DC/DC converters. Multiple PSUs can be arranged to operate in parallel, and they come in industrial, EV, and 60 V configurations. Pii offers 3-slot power shelves for all modules, alongside advanced Shelf Controllers for seamless power management.

3. Shelf Controllers +
Installed directly into the power shelf, these dedicated controllers manage the local rectifiers to ensure precision output. They provide critical constant power, constant current, and constant voltage regulation.

4. Rack Controllers +
The Rack Controller manages DC/DC converters and inverters via Modbus RS-485. It connects to the upstream system controller via Ethernet to configure parameters, collect data, and orchestrate the entire power shelf.
