Field-Replaceable Power Modules +
The product line features ultra-high reliability LITEON power modules with demonstrated mean time between failure (MTBF) exceeding one million hours. This modular power conversion architecture enables near continuous operational uptime while virtually eliminating maintenance requirements.
Flexible Multi-Voltage Input +
Designed for streamlined integration, the chargers accept multi-voltage inputs—including 240Vac single-phase, 208/240Vac three-phase, and 480Vac Wye—in a single product. This highly flexible, field-configurable architecture requires no de-rating and reduces installation costs by avoiding additional upstream equipment.
Closed-Loop Heat Exchanger +
A precision heat exchanger isolates the internal airstream from ambient air. The closed-loop thermal management system prevents dust and moisture from contacting internal power electronics.
NEMA 3S Enclosure +
Engineered with a rugged IP54/NEMA 3S rated weather-proof enclosure, providing superior protection against falling dirt, rain, sleet, snow, and windblown dust for reliable outdoor operation.
