What input voltages can your chargers accept?
Power Innovations International 30 & 60kW chargers accept 240 Vac single phase, 208 or 240 Vac Delta, and 480 Vac Wye with no de-rating. Pii’s 120-180kW chargers accept 208 or 240 Vac Delta and 480 Vac Wye with no de-rating.
How do your chargers accept multiple input voltages?
Power Innovations International chargers use a patent pending, field-configurable busbar setup, along with a proprietary power module configuration, to accept differing input voltages. Each charger is supplied with a set of busbars that can be very quickly installed (~3 minutes) to accept the different input voltages with no other changes required of the system.
What is the warranty on your products?

Can I get an extended warranty?
Power Innovations International has partnered with EVSTAR to offer an extended, comprehensive warranty on our products, underwritten by an A-rated insurance company. EVSTAR's warranty replaces the standard warranty and offers coverage for power surges, accidental damage from handling, and more, up to full unit replacement for qualifying events. What type of services do you offer?
Power Innovations International services include a 24/7 customer success center, CSMS integration and interoperability testing, field vehicle compatibility testing and our Network Operations Center (NOC), which remotely monitors every installed Pii EV charging station. Do you offer your base power conversion for DC Fast Charging as a rack mount product for integration?
Yes - Power Innovations International offers complete DC Fast Charging solutions as well as the foundational rack-mountable power packs that you can integrate into your own designs.
