60 kW Bi-Directional DC EV Chargers

Pii’s 60 kW Bi-Directional DC EV Chargers include the EVBC6060, an all-in-one DC quick charger that enables up to 60 kW of bi-directional charging input and output. This product also offers highly flexible and field configurable Vac input power, which allows accepting the most common distribution voltages, thus reducing overall infrastructure and construction costs.

Field-Replaceable Power Modules +
The system utilizes modular power rectifiers and hybrid inverters featuring galvanic isolation. This separates the DC input and AC output, which removes the need for cumbersome filters and allows for field replacement without a complete system shutdown.

Configurable busbar architecture accepts flexible AC input voltages, including 208 Vac 3-Phase Delta and 480 Vac 3-Phase Wye. This design bypasses strict 480V requirements, reducing infrastructure costs and accelerating deployment.
