Pii Partnering with EVSTAR for Groundbreaking EV Charger Product Warranty

This optional extended warranty partnership ensures that Pii’s customers can be protected against a wide range of risks, thanks to EVSTAR’s comprehensive five-year extended warranty underwritten by an A-rated insurance company, making it one of the first such agreements between an EV manufacturer and a warranty company.

Through EVSTAR, Pii’s EV chargers can now be protected against mechanical and electrical failures, power surges, and accidental damage from handling. The warranty covers any necessary refurbishment, unit repair, or even unit replacement, with a guaranteed response within 72 hours.

All of Pii’s DC fast chargers feature LITEON power modules, which have demonstrated over 1 million hours of mean time between failure (MTBF).
