Power Innovations utilizes top of the industry Stratasys 3D printers, perfect for high precision prototyping that are near molded part strength. We specialize in ABS and Polycarbonate thermoplastics, utilizing oven-based technology to create consistent parts and prevent the warping commonly found in smaller printers.

Our printers also feature dual extrusion with dissolvable support material, which allows for more complicated parts and reduces the amount of post processing required. We have a large heated tank that dissolves the support material to prevent markings from mechanically removing support material.

Finally, our massive build plate allows us to print large parts (3ft by 2ft) as a single object, potentially eliminating the need for seams and slots.
